Philip turns 25

Last Saturday was Philip’s 25th birthday. Every year I cook one meal for him on his birthday, so of course I stressed over what to make him for about a week. I made a slow cooker cubed steak dish that apparently everyone loved. I also baked a delicious chocolate applesauce cake. Philip keeps telling me that I am a great cook and is determined to get me to increase the number of times I cook in a year, I guess we will see what happens.
