Philip has been working hard applying for jobs this past week. I told him that Saturday was his day off because people shouldn’t work on the weekends. ;) We celebrated by going up North! Our first stop was the Porter County Fair.
My daddy let me borrow his camera for the trip. I have been forgetting my camera lately, which is weird because I always pride myself on having it…
This is a Clydesdale, Philip was very intrigued by the giant horse. I was quite nervous as you can see, I did not want to get too close. We had to keep Zoe at a distance because horses think baby arms are carrots! O_O
Getting tickets for the death traps.
Ahhh, there is something evil in the wagon with the kids!!!!
Zoe was very tired from this trip. Her nap was interrupted when we took her out of the car. With all the excitement she could not fall back asleep.
Kaitlin went on this thing. She is brave to go on such portable rides!
After the fair we went back to my parents to get the dog and headed for the beach!!!
Most people would say the perfect time to go to the beach would be when it is hot and sunny outside. We disagree greatly, cloudy and 70’s is the perfect time. No hot sun, no burns to my precious fair skin.
Zoe was a little nervous about the sand. she stayed on the blanket the whole time.
Playing the drums with “Uncle” Dave.
“Aunt” Katie walking baby girl. Katie said she loved watching the waves coming on the shore. This soothed Zoe for awhile but she soon caught on to Katie’s sleep tactics.
Po did not like playing Keep-Away. As you can see, he is taking his frustration out on Dave’s frisbee.
Nice cloudy sky :)

The evil thing in the wagon...Jer would presume you are referring to the "cavity on a stick" that Lane is partaking of. Though neither of us can stand that blasted sponge in the square pants.
Sponge Bob I did not see the cavity on a stick. lol
