As you can see from all the pictures, Zoe spent the majority of the vacation in other arms.

Zoe loves being tossed around and swinging upside down so I gave it a shot with Mara. As you can see by her face, she enjoyed it.
Mara loves Po. She also enjoyed sitting on him, smacking, and chasing him but he didn’t seem to mind. In fact, he seemed to love her too.

Sam giving Zoe a piggyback ride. This is one of many loving gestures from Sam during our trip. What a sweet kid! He was so happy to help take care of Zoe and Po. All three of the Halling boys loved to cheer Zoe up.
This was the first cannon fired at the Alamo. Ilise is ready to start another battle with our recently purchased popgun. Knowing how battles with my wife usually end, I surrendered quickly to save myself.
After visiting the Alamo, we went for a walk along the River Walk. It was a beautiful walk along the canal with stores, restaurants, and many trees and plants.

It looks like your trip was a huge success! How did Zoe handle all the miles in the car? She seems like she's easy going enough to take it in stride. :)
We sure can't wait for another visit. It was great having your family here. Hopefully Po will remember that I'm a "friend".
