Easter Sunday

Encouraged by the recent beautiful weather, we chose to take a family photo. Zoe was still a little on the upset side because of her shots but she still present some smiles with coaxing. Simply singing her favorite song, Tiki Room, is usually enough to do the trick. After the pictures, Ilise and I started making a couple lasagnas. This is the one prearranged day of the year that Ilise will help me cook. I love having her in the kitchen with me, especially for the lengthy task of making lasagna. We made one vegetable and one beef, both of which turned out to be very tasty. Charlie and Meimei came over for the evening to celebrate Easter and have dinner. We decorated eggs and then played games. What a great day!
